We often outgrow our friends, partners, colleagues, job or even the entire organisation. Yes, that happens.
But can you recognise the signs that indicate that you have outgrown, for example, the organisation or your boss, and it is time to move on?
When you start getting quiet around them. When you can't even be bothered to explain something or express yourself because they just won't get it. It is a clear sign that you have outgrown them. Move on.
