BUILDING A MATURE WORKFORCE
THE LEADERSHIP MIRROR - MATURE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
High-Impact Leadership Program - Take a Look at Yourself in the Leadership Mirror & Learn to Listen
This two-day program has everything to build self-aware and a well-functioning team, a mature workplace where individuals:
Can put their problem on the table and find the solution.
Are comfortable with the truth and use that for the benefit of everyone.
Commit to the long-term.
Are not ruled by emotions.
Learn to play with differences gracefully and with outcomes.
Responsible for their performance.
Know their own and their team's strengths and dynamics.
This program gets the team to look in the mirror and understand how they function. It is designed to address issues nobody wants to address and to build self-awareness that is often missing from leadership programs. Using Gallup's Strengths and Personality (The Big Five) assessment participants deep dive into individual and team characteristics. This program has been extremely useful not only for the teams within organizations but also for the individuals in their personal lives.
RESILIENT LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Harvard Business School Case Study
In this 1-Day program, leaders will gain insight into leading through adversity through the example of explorer Ernest Shackleton and his historic Endurance expedition.
They will discover lessons in building a team, learning from bad bosses, and cultivating empathy.
It has both inspirational lessons and things we don’t want to do. This duality makes Shackleton such a compelling case, knocking him off a mythologized pedestal of leadership into the messy stew of humanity, where good and bad, success and failure coexist.
Resilient leaders have the ability to sustain their energy level under pressure, cope with disruptive changes and adapt. They bounce back from setbacks and overcome major difficulties without engaging in dysfunctional behaviour or harming others.
Part of Shackleton's story is about leading under moments of great uncertainty when the game is constantly changing.
It is all about:
- Positive outlook
- Team cohesion
ONLY FOR ALPHA MALES
ALPHA: HIGHLY INTELLIGENT, CONFIDENT & SUCCESSFUL. WE GET YOU FROM A - B
THE ELITE CLUB
This is not for everyone. I get to pick and choose my clients for this program because it is for very specific people whom I know I’m best equipped to serve and whom I’ll enjoy working with. I'll gladly refer you elsewhere if you’re not in this lane.
Alphas are dangerous, highly intelligent, confident, and successful men who aren't happy unless they're the top dogs.
So why do they need coaching or taming?
Because their strengths can make them very challenging and frustrating to work with. Their strengths need to be brought under control. The alphas I've worked with think very fast, have opinions about everything, and they rarely admit that those opinions might be wrong or incomplete. Taming or balancing out their strengths is essential, especially when alphas are wounded. Hurt alphas can cause severe damage to the people around them in the form of dominance, aggression, and control.
As the alpha progresses to executive senior roles (CEO, COO etc.) more pressure the alpha feels to perform and the more he tends to shift his leadership style from constructive and challenging to intimidating or even abusive. Unfortunately, most organisations aren’t good at helping alphas make the required transition, which can be the greatest challenge of their careers.
Alphas require skilled coaches because it’s difficult for them to ask for help or even to acknowledge that they need it. They’re typically stubborn and resistant to feedback. After all, they haven’t gotten where they are by being self-reflective. As much as they love talking about accountability, they often fail to see that their own communication style, rather than someone else’s shortcomings, is what’s creating the roadblock. They’re uncomfortable showing vulnerability or taking a break from constant action.
Alphas are alone!
They are often labelled as arrogant, bullies, unemotional, cut-throat, and even narcissists. I often find non of that is true. They are isolated (often because of their strengths) & misunderstood especially in a world where masculine energy is becoming a reprehensive trait.
But we need these men not only in organizations but in societies too. We need decision-makers, people who are comfortable with high-level responsibilities and who can pick up their own and other people's burdens and carry them because this is what alphas do.
Don't change alphas. Tame them! That is a much better version of them.

An Absolute Must in Leadership Development
Leadership programs are missing the key element of developing leaders' self-knowledge and self-awareness. It is a fatal mistake because you have to interact with yourself and other people in your family, work, and romantic relationships every day. Each has a unique personality, and the likelihood of successful coexistence or management of your team is low if you fail to understand these differences.
People are different, and it can be challenging to understand other perspectives because you see the world through the lens of your own particular personality.
Although personality differences can be frustrating, they are important. Each personality type evolved to solve a different kind of problem. Humans cooperate in societies by solving many kinds of problems together through these diverse personality types.
Through this course, you can learn to understand yourself and others better and to cooperate more effectively with other people.
The program includes:
- Personality assessment
- 1:1 online coaching before the workshop
- 1-day workshop and a 1:1 debrief.

TEAM BUILDING WITH CLIFTONSTRENGTHS - THIS IS AN INVESTMENT YOU WILL GET BACK TENFOLD
Once I began leading team-focused CliftonStrengths trainings, the results were immediate and pretty remarkable. Many sessions ended with members of the team staying to talk, asking questions to learn more about each other. In every session, multiple participants were amazed at what the report was able to tell them, and how accurate it was.
There are numerous options available when it comes to team-building and team development, but here are a few reasons CliftonStrengths is my favorite:
It's positive. Talents and strengths -- by their very nature -- elicit positive energy because they involve what we do well and what we love to do. In multiple sessions I have led, people have told me, "It was nice to talk about something positive for a change." (The common goal, of course, is to integrate this way of thinking into the culture!)
It's structured. The prompts and exercises are thought-provoking and produce natural conversation. People who may feel otherwise inhibited, or who would otherwise be unlikely to speak up and share, are provided a safe and facilitated avenue for communication
It's backed by data! For instance, I love to share that:- - People who focus on using their strengths are THREE TIMES as likely to report having an excellent quality of life and SIX TIMES as likely to be engaged in their role.People who learn to use their strengths every day have 7.8% greater productivity. Teams with managers who receive strengths feedback have 8.9% greater profitability.
It's inclusive. Themes are neutral (there aren't "bad" or" good" themes to have in your Top 10), and all themes can bring value to a team. By claiming our own individual talent themes, we get to embrace what makes us unique and be celebrated for it. We are celebrating the diversity and inclusion on the team and how that benefits us all.
It has a developmental focus. Whether you use Name It, Claim It, Aim It, the Individual Development Plan, or any number of other team-bonding activities, CliftonStrengths is not just about knowing definitions but how to intentionally use your strengths every day. It is about empowering people to identify and articulate what they love to do and how they contribute. It encourages them to be purposeful with their own development.
It's fun. These fun, team-building activities get people up, moving and sharing. If people play to their strengths, they will begin to incorporate more of what they find fun within their jobs.
