I run coaching sessions in your office, in a coffee shop, in a restaurant during your lunch break, in a bar after work, or during your walk on the beach. Time is precious and I understand that. So let me know when and where, and I will be there. Once I went hiking with an executive and coached him for 7 hours. This is what he needed to break through. There is nothing worse than finally getting to the bottom of a challenge only for your coach to say "Your time is up". With me, it would never happen.

If you are an independent learner who is good at self-motivating and time management you can complete a 5-6 weeks course. This will enable you to identify your strengths & weaknesses, understand them, and put them to use immediately.

Deciding about the rest of your professional life when you are in your 10s or 20s is almost impossible! 

Helping young adults figuring out their career choice has been probably my greatest passion. The pressure young adults are under is immense. They are pressured by their parents, friends, society, and by the financial aspects of their studies. In addition, they are going through the process of transforming from a careless child to an adult who is required to make decisions that can impact their whole life. I certainly didn't know what I wanted to be or what I was good at when I was 16. 

This requires help! The 4 weeks program will help to assess natural inclination towards certain types of jobs, identify interest, and work out career options that are best suited to the young adult's context.
